We’ll send you an indicative retreat program, the current rooms and rates and offer to set up an introductory call.

What is included in the price?
The retreat fee includes accommodation, all meals and refreshments, daily practices, workshops, and retreat materials. It does not include flights, transfers, travel insurance, or personal extras.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit is a flat amount of USD 250, payable at registration. When your place is offered to you, this amount is credited to the total fee.

Is my deposit refundable?
If you are not invited to join, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you are invited but decide not to proceed, your deposit will be retained.

What happens after my deposit?
Once invited, your place and room will be confirmed with full payment. You will receive a welcome pack, preparation materials, and ongoing support from our team leading up to the retreat.

Do I need insurance?
Yes. All participants must have their own travel insurance and health insurance covering international travel, health, and cancellations.

Can I claim this as a business cost?
It depends on your country’s tax rules and the nature of yours business or profession; some costs may be deductible if primarily for sustaining work performance or employee wellbeing. Check with your accountant and keep documentation showing the business connection.
