ESSENCIA – Registration
We are so pleased you would like to join us. Essencia will be a wonderful experience for our guests, bringing together compassion-focused practice, creative expression, and the unique spirit of Deià and Son Rullan.
Curating a Supportive Retreat Circle
To join, please complete the Registration of Interest form and pay a deposit of €250. Places are limited and this secures your provisional place. This deposit will be credited toward the final retreat fee.
In the form, you will also be asked to indicate your preferred room. We will then review your registration and confirm your placement and room allocation based on preferences and availability.
If your place is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the balance of fees, payable within two weeks of the offer. Once paid, your place will be fully secured. If, for any reason, we are unable to confirm your place, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Once confirmed, we will allocate your room, share a welcome pack, and progressively send key materials to help you prepare. We will also be available to support you with any questions along the way.
Preparing for your retreat and experience
In the lead-up to the retreat, you will receive:
Practical travel guidance – including details on arriving in Mallorca, transfers to Deià, and what to pack for comfort and climate.
Information about the venue – maps of Son Rullan, guidance on facilities, and tips for making the most of the estate and surrounding village.
Program overview – an outline of the retreat flow, daily rhythms, and what to expect from the sessions, balanced with time for rest and reflection.
Cultural insights – background on the traditions of Deià and the Serra de Tramuntana, and suggestions for engaging respectfully with local culture.
Access to resources – readings, guided practices, and other materials to help you begin orienting toward the retreat themes and deepen your experience.
