Our retreats

Our retreats create conditions for genuine connection.

Each retreat location is selected for its capacity to reward deep attention with insight and beauty. From verdant estates in Ubud, to multigenerational Mallorcan finca, to golden Cycladic islands, and fragrant Corsican maquis. We choose places of character that hold and ignite us.

We collaborate with wellness practitioners, creative artists, local artisans, chefs, nutritionists, and guides who understand their places intimately. Not to extract experiences but to participate respectfully in landscapes and cultures that have shaped themselves over centuries.

Small group sizes and thoughtful programming create conditions for participants to experience personal renewal and meaningful connection with others who share similar values around thoughtful living and authentic growth.

What do our retreats feel like?

Each day balances structured practice with personal freedom.

Our retreat schedules honour both connection and solitude, ensuring space to meet your own needs while benefiting from thoughtful programming and community.

  • Mornings begin with optional yoga or somatic movement, followed by breakfast with local ingredients.

  • We then gather for compassion-focused sessions blending psychological frameworks with contemplative practice.

  • Midday brings creative and cultural workshops—pottery using local clay or natural dyeing with gathered plants.

  • Afternoons offer unstructured time for poolside rest, walks through the natural environment, optional individual sessions, journaling, or quiet reading.

  • Late afternoons may include guided walks exploring traditional practices or artisan visits, and social reflection to support integration.

  • Evenings feature communal meals with regional cuisine, followed by optional sessions like sound healing or contemplative practices.

“I didn’t realise how much I needed to pause. The rhythm of the days, the kindness of the facilitators and the beauty of this place woke me back up.”

Support throughout your experience

Our retreats are intentionally held spaces. Groups are small (10–16 people) so you are seen and supported. Facilitation is trauma-aware and evidence-informed, with a focus on psychological safety, consent, and respect for personal pace What you bring to the space is held in confidence.

Support begins before you arrive. We check in with you ahead of time about access needs, intentions, and travel. During the retreat you’re guided by experienced facilitators, with time to rest and integrate. Afterward you leave with practices, resources, and a clear point of contact.
