Our retreats

Our retreats create conditions for genuine encounter.

Each retreat location is selected for its capacity to reward deep attention with insight and beauty. From verdant estates in Ubud, to multigenerational Mallorcan finca, to golden Cycladic islands, and fragrant Corsican maquis.

We collaborate with wellness practitioners, creative artists, local artisans, chefs, nutritionists, and guides who understand their places intimately. Not to extract experiences but to participate respectfully in landscapes and cultures that have shaped themselves over centuries.

Small group sizes and thoughtful programming create conditions for participants to experience personal renewal and meaningful connection with others who share similar values around thoughtful living and authentic growth.

FAQ

  • Who are your retreats for?

Our retreats are for anyone who seeks time to reconnect with themselves, explore compassion, creativity, and landscape, and experience renewal in community.

  • Do I need previous experience in meditation, yoga, or the arts?

Not at all. While prior experience can be helpful, it is absolutely not required. The retreat is designed to welcome both beginners and those with existing practices.

  • In what language will the retreat be delivered?

The retreat and materials will be conducted in English. However, we welcome the expression of all languages during our retreats.

  • What can I expect each day?

Each day blends contemplative practice, creative workshops with local artists, gentle movement, nourishing shared meals, and generous time for rest and reflection.

  • How many people will be there?

We host between 10 and 16 participants, ensuring an intimate and supportive group environment. We curate our groups to ensure the retreat is right for them.

  • What's the group like?

Our groups are diverse, inclusive, and welcoming — participants range in background, profession, age, and identity, united by curiosity and openness to self-growth.

  • Will there be free time?

Yes — programs are paced with spaciousness so you can integrate insights, journal, or simply enjoy the surroundings.

  • Can I visit the local area during the retreat?

Given the location and structure, it can sometimes be difficult to visit other sites during the retreat, however, we encourage guests to plan additional travel before or after the retreat.

  • Will alcohol be available?

We encourage a substance-light environment to maximise presence and engagement. Alcohol is not restricted, but it is discouraged during the retreat. Wine may be offered at the final meal.

  • What's included in the price?

The retreat fee includes accommodation, all meals and refreshments, daily practices, workshops, and retreat materials. It does not include flights, transfers, travel insurance, or personal extras.

  • How much is the deposit?

The deposit is a flat amount of EUR 250 or USD 300 (depending on the retreat), payable at registration. If invited to attend, this amount is credited to the total fee.

  • Is my deposit refundable?

If you are not invited to join, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you are invited but decide not to proceed, your deposit will be retained.

  • What happens after I pay?

Once invited, your place and room will be confirmed with full payment. You will receive a welcome pack, preparation materials, and ongoing support from our team leading up to the retreat.

  • What if I can't attend?

Life happens, and we understand plans can change. For cancellations more than three months before the retreat, we’ll refund 50% of your payment. For cancellations within three months, we’ll gladly credit 50% of the balance toward a future retreat with us.

  • Can I pay in instalments?

Retreat fees are payable in two instalments: a deposit at registration, and the balance once your place is confirmed.

  • Do I need insurance?

Yes. All participants must have their own travel insurance and health insurance covering international travel, health, and cancellations.

  • Is this a therapeutic program?

This retreat is not a therapeutic intervention and does not replace therapy or mental health care. Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and mental health during the retreat.

  • What are my responsibilities as a guest?

We ask participants to take responsibility for their own safety and wellbeing, respect others in the group and the shared environment, and engage in practices with openness and care.

  • What support is available before and after the retreat?

Before the retreat, we provide information, materials, and are available for questions. After the retreat, we share follow-up resources to help you continue your practice and integration at home.

  • Can I claim this as a business expense?

It depends on your country’s tax rules and the nature of yours business or profession; some costs may be deductible if primarily for sustaining work performance or employee wellbeing. Check with your accountant and keep documentation showing the business connection.
